This Fund has been designed to provide qualified investors an opportunity to participate in a diverse portfolio of quality real estate throughout Australia via our Managed Investment Scheme.
Available to qualified wholesale clients or foreign equivalent unless otherwise noted, the Fund offers an opportunity to make long terms gains through capital appreciation and rental income.
Investors additionally benefit from not having to personally cover stamp duty, borrowing expenses, land tax, foreign buyers’ duty, or net holding costs, which are covered inside the Fund. It will also allow qualified foreign investors access to established Australia property - where otherwise limited by Australian Government FIRB restrictions, or constrained by attractive lending options.
Minimum Investment starts from A$50,000* with the Trust offering two major classes of Units for investors to select from.
