Apartments in the tallest tower in Canberra are expected to be in strong demand when they go on sale in a few days.
Flats in the 88-metre high Wayfarer Apartments project in Belconnen are likely to be very popular with buyers and investors, reports the Canberra Times.
The 27-storey tower was designed by Cox Architecture and is located on the corner of Eastern Valley Way and Aikman Driven, and consists of 235 apartments.
Its new residents will be able to enjoy a sky-lounge on the 25th floor and an infinity pool on the top two levels.
The managing director of Grecon, the developer behind the project, Nick Georgalis said: "If you look at all of the projects released in Canberra lately there's probably been more hype about this - everyone's really been waiting for this to hit the market."
"I think this is the most anticipated release of any project and I hope it sells out very quickly."
Prices will start at $269,900 for a one-bedroom apartment and $679,900 for a three-bedroom and two-bathroom property.
