A new development in Sydney is set to appeal to those looking for luxury green living.
The Herald Sun reports the Skye by Crown development at 211-223 Pacific Highway will offer three top-quality penthouses with specially-built rooftop gardens covering 246 square meters.
In total, the 20-storey project will consist of 242 apartments and will focus on offering buyers a strong indoor/outdoor experience.
Crown Group chief executive Iwan Sunito explained the $150 million development will include a number of key features, such as mature trees to offer privacy and screening.
"North Sydney has had a longstanding reputation as a secondary business district," Mr Sunito said.
"To bring greenery and gardens to that destination is unexpected but in the most exciting way possible."
Prices are expected to start at around $705,000 and construction will be completed by next year.
Sydney is one of the most popular area of Australia and house prices reflect this. Last week, a property overlooking the famous Sydney Harbour was put on the market for $100 million.
