Buyers go crazy for Gold Coast's cheapest home

The cheapest house for sale on the Gold Coast has attracted a host of buyers.

Buyers are clambering to get their name down on the cheapest house for sales in the Gold Coast.

For $75,000, buyers can acquire the house which is a short distance from Nobby beach and is only two years old.

The listing for the house was put up on the Gold Coast bulletin on Saturday September 7th and since then the property's real estate agent, George Geles of Seven Star Realty and Mermaid Waters, has been inundated with phone calls about the property.

However this is not the only property that is selling cheaply in the Gold Coast, at the moment the area is experiencing somewhat of a property crash. Reports from SQM Research show that the net worth of some houses has decreased by 50 per cent since 2010.

The Gold Coast is a wonderful place for people who enjoy the relaxed lifestyle of living close to the beach and, for people working in travel and tourism, is a great area to have a career in.
