Once considered the most expensive home on the world market, the AU$161M home of media mogul Donald Trump has now been surpassed twice. Topping the latest world's most expensive homes list from Forbes.com, the online site of Forbes magazine, is a planned home for real estate baron Tim Blixseth.

The 53,000-square-foot home, to be built at the Yellowstone Club, a members-only, residential ski and golf resort near Montana, will come fully furnished with a home movie theatre, indoor/outdoor swimming pool, 10-bedrooms and 160 acres of land (not to mention a private chairlift to carry residents to private ski slopes). Interested parties can expect a price tag of around AU$199,714,000.

The price tops the AU$179M asked for Updown Court in Windlesham, England, which sat at No.1 on Forbe's most expensive list in 2006.
