I am pleased to say that SMATS has managed to fair reasonably well in the midst of the COVID-19 Pandemic.

I am pleased to say that SMATS has managed to fair reasonably well in the midst of the COVID-19 Pandemic.  This is largely due to our great team members, terrific clients, awesome technology and the fact that we were already well accustomed to remote access and online communications.

I have to chuckle that everyone is now Zoom junkies, where we have been using video and internet communication for over a decade. 

Our Australian offices are now back in full function as restrictions have begun to be relaxed.  Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Dubai offices remain closed with all staff still functioning fully from home.  Hong Kong was returning to work but now disrupted with the latest protests once again (yes we were dealing with this last year as well), so despite an increased level of inconvenience and slight efficiency disruption, things are fairly much normal for us.

We appreciate your additional tolerance during this period and assure you of our continued commitment to manage our services as best as possible and maintain our professional standards throughout.
