With Spring fast approaching, market and weather conditions are looking sensational for the months of September through to December.
The correction in the real estate market has taken place and many buyers are now going to be taking advantage of the new stock coming on the market through the coming months at realistic prices. Real estate agents are gearing up for what they say could be there best spring for quite some time. The market is much more realistic and positive than last year and many buyer's are now out there looking for a quality property so they can make there move.
Agents are indicating that there will be more listings coming on board this Spring, which is good news for buyer's, however if that should not be the case we might see a problem occur with supply and demand which will keep prices strong.
Spring time is the time of the year when the real quality property hits the market, so be sure to be out and about house hunting during this period searching for your dream home. Please note that the market starts to wrap up around 15th December and doesn't really start to commence again until the second week in February the following year.
My hot tip is for the seller today. My advise to you would be if you are thinking of selling, that you should get your property on the market first week in September as I honestly believe that there are alot of buyer's just waiting for quality property.
