Jae has a long-standing relationship with many of the SMATS Wealth clients.  This goes back a number of years to when she worked alongside her late husband Garry.

In the role as Concierge, Jae is our first point of contact with clients enquiring about the services offered by the SMATS Wealth team.  Having a very personable nature, Jae helps reassure clients looking to commence their financial advice journey with SMATS.  In her initial dealings with potential Wealth clients, Jae uses her excellent communication skills to assist clients in identifying the goals they are looking to achieve; she then matches the clients with the most appropriate SMATS Wealth Adviser to work with them.

Jae utilises her strong administrative skills to assist existing clients with any adhoc queries.  She also supports the SMATS Wealth Advisers by arranging their initial and ongoing client meetings.
