Rina has brought more than six years of Australian mortgage industry experience to her role as Loan Processor with Specialist Mortgage. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Majoring in Marketing Management with a specialisation in Service Management.

In her position, Rina is responsible for reviewing and assessing client loan applications against lender policies, analysing financial documents to determine borrowing capacity, provides clear recommendations, and ensures accurate records are maintained. Working closely with brokers, lenders, and BDMs, she manages MIRs and policy exceptions, utilises valuation and serviceability tools, and supports clients with loan documents, offset accounts, cashback offers, and government schemes. She also monitors settlement progress and conducts post-settlement reviews to ensure clients continue to access competitive rates.
