On 1st April 2013 SMATS Group welcomed Specialist Mortgage Australia Chairman Will Lockett to Singapore to attend to the formal aspects of renewing our finance origination agreement with the Perth based aggregating company.
It continues a successful partnership that dates back to the original establishment of SMATS in 1995 and further strengthens both parties.

Specialist Mortgage was originally operated by the Australian company until July 2000 when it was acquired by SMATS and our finance division continues to trade under the name of Specialist Mortgage in our international offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, London & New York.
