According to the Age, the Melbourne-based businessman is set to sell the 77 residences with no reserve price for bidders in an event on August 28th.
Included in the Huski, St Falls and Silverski properties are four retail spaces, as well as 73 apartments, which were developed by Mr Schwartz and his son-in-law.
According to Hay Property Group developer Peter Hay, the decision to sell the homes without a reserve price could signal difficulties for other vendors.
"I think there will be some really, really cheap properties if it's not underpinned with some reserves. For the sake of Falls Creek, I hope it works," he remarked.
Falls Creek is set to open its Wombat's Ramble route beginner run for night skiing opportunities throughout July, allowing enthusiasts to take part in their favourite activity after dark.
