Australian property developer Pradella has revealed plans to develop a 16-storey apartment block in Brisbane, Queensland.
Brisbane Council approved the project, which will be a combination of one and two-bed units, late last year.
The tower will be known as Canvas and built on a site at 41 Boundary St, with views of the Brisbane CBD and the river running through the city, reports the Courier-Mail.
Brett Lentz, Pradella's project manager, said the building will incorporate a swimming pool and theatre for residents as well as a sky garden on the eleventh floor.
Mr Lentz added that the company had approval to go as high as twenty floors but decided against going down that route and explained construction is likely to start before the end of this year.
Pradella has been involved in a number of prestigious residential housing projects, including Waters Edge in Brisbane and the Cooloola Sands community between Tin Can Bay and Rainbow Beach.
