The building of a new "town" has seen families queue up and camp out in New South Wales to get their hands on Australian properties.
Crowds have spent several days in tents to ensure they get their dream Australian home at Oran Park Town, the Daily Telegraph reported.
The development, which aims to build an education town, combine modern-day shopping with civic amenities and offer high-quality public spaces, goes on sale on Sayurday, March 27th.
Some 8.000 Australian houses are on the site, which makes the most of the latest technologies in the form of super-fast broadband through underground fibre optic cables, solar panels and recycled water systems.
Oran Park Town also offers a seven-hectare space for older residents requiring care.
In total, the new Australian properties will become home to some 25,000 people in a 30-hectare space.
A range of builders have worked on the development, giving new residents plenty of choice in their style of Australian home.
