It surveyed over 3,000 professionals working in property and construction, 847 of which work in New South Wales, and found that business confidence had risen from 107 to 112 for the first quarter of 2013.
The amount of construction work for residential properties in the state is expected to rise this year according to 50 per cent of respondents.
