New purpose-built offices for Adelaide

A new office development is set to take place in Adelaide.
Adelaide is to witness the development of new Australian property in the form of purpose-built offices for global consulting, design and construction services firm Golders Associaytes.

"Golder has rapidly expanded in Australasia and these new facilities will ensure we can accommodate our employees who are currently spread over two offices in the Adelaide area," commented the company's Australia managing director Adam Kilsby.

The development will house more than 100 of the firm's staff once completed, with the project earmarked for Franklin Street and a provisional completion date has been set for mid-2013.

In total, the company employs approximately 1,200 individuals across Australasia and more than 8,000 people worldwide.

Earlier this month, Adelaide received the notable honour of being named the fifth most liveable city in the world.

The city moved up eight places in this year's global survey index by the Economist, moving into joint-fifth place alongside the Canadian city of Calgary.
