Interest piques in Bunbury's new waterside development

One of the most intriguing developments in Bunbury, Australia is due to go on sale next week.

The Aspire Apartments have accumulated much interest as a result of their ideal waterside location and luxury appeal, reports Domain.

Particular interest has been drawn to this apartment building because it will be the first development in the highly sought-after Koombana North location of Bunbury.

There are only 14 apartments and four commercial premises to be built in this development, making it an entirely exclusive area, with a breathtaking view of the Koombana Bay.

Those who seek to buy property in this development will either own a magnificent home in an unspoiled waterfront or will be making a sound investment to rent out to holidaymakers.

However, the most interesting part of the Aspire apartments are the the two penthouse suites. Each are two-storeys high and feature over 450 square metres of living area, which is the same amount of space as most residential blocks in Western Australia.

The layout of the penthouses consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open-plan living areas, games room and a study. For safety they also come with three undercover car bays and secure storage, further expressing the exclusive luxury of this development.

Although there are ample views from the windows of each of the apartments, the penthouses raise this up another level as each also has its own rooftop garden terrace, which is again a perfect amenity for the summer holiday market in Australia.

Prices for the penthouses differ slightly but the most expensive is $6.8 million (£3.3 million), while the three-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments in the building will be coming on to the market at $1.58 million and $1.48 million respectively.

Although the building doesn't start "officially start advertising [until] next week", selling agent Paul Duffy of Century 21 Bunbury said that interest has already come in from China and the Eastern States.
