Other developments include the AU$150 million Mosaic Grand Chifley Hotel in Adelaide that is set for completion in late 2013 and is a 48-room boutique hotel providing a range of luxury attractions.

Finally, the council highlighted the Ayers Rock Resort & Conference Centre in Yulara that recently underwent a AU$29.5 million refurbishment.

The resort was expanded by 1,400 sq metres and now offers 228 guest rooms, a range of restaurants, retail areas and meeting spaces.
