“Capella has changed the face of Kensington, offering sophisticated apartments that are designed for living and are beautifully finished with quality features. The apartments offer spectacular views over Randwick Racecourse and the city - that feeling of space and accessibility is an integral part of life in Capella,” says Andrew Finlayson.
More than 3000sqm of landscaped gardens plus a new area of public open space connecting Anzac Parade and Doncaster Avenue have boosted the amenity in Kensington.
Carrington’s Kensington based sales and management office has been busy fielding buyers and renters interested in Capella. Capella’s Property Manager Sarah Poulos has achieved a record price for a one bedroom apartment in Kensington, leasing a Capella apartment for $460 per week. She also leased a two bedroom Capella apartment for $720 per week, making Capella a quality investment opportunity.
Capella is located minutes walk to UNSW, NIDA, shops, restaurants and transport.
