Capella wins design award from Randwick Council

Kensington’s newest award-winning residential development, Capella has received a Randwick City Council Urban Design Award.

Capella’s Property Manager Sarah Poulos has achieved a record price for a one bedroom apartment in Kensington, leasing a Capella apartment for $460 per week. She also leased a two bedroom Capella apartment for $720 per week, making Capella a quality investment opportunity.
