Adelaide’s Parkside area enjoys success

Adelaide's Parkside area proves popular.

The Parkside region of Adelaide is one of the country’s top areas, according to an online property search engine.

Realestate.com.au reports the most desirable area is enjoying high demand from buyers, while South Australia is the most searched state by its users.

Cynthia Sajkunovic from LJ Hooker Unley, explained to the Courier Mail the region has enjoyed strong demand for around a decade and there is little sign of this fading.

"We can see that the buyer market in South Australia is growing. Buyer confidence is up and interstate buyers in particular recognise that property in Adelaide is very affordable and offers fantastic value for money,” said the real estate agent.

She added that buyers need to step on the local property ladder as soon as possible because prices are continuing to rise due to the ongoing interest and they could find the market outpaces their financial circumstances.
