Out 1st Mortgage Fund seeks to provide cost effective finance to the well qualified and financially strong clients of SMATS where traditional lending rules may exclude them from appropriate finance due to excessively onerous qualifying criteria.
The 1st Mortgage Fund will provide capital to our AFSL Licenced Lending division of SMATS Money that will use sensible and prudent lending criteria to properly evaluate clients and offer a genuine and competitive alternative to support their investment decisions in the Australian property market.
These criteria include:
- Maximum 80% LVR and Australian property holdings
- Adequate proof of servicing capacity
- Demonstration of financial competency and clean lending history
